Dorreen’s expertise and certifications make her an exceptional clinical manager. She is certified in Sterilization in a clinic setting, and her knowledge and experience have been essential in maintaining a safe and sterile environment in our clinics, especially during the challenging times of COVID-19. Additionally, she is also certified as a Coding and Billing specialist, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of service and care possible.

Tom Bartolucci
Tom Bartolucci serves as the Patient Care Coordinator at our West Hartford location, bringing over 9 years of experience in the hearing health care industry. Prior to this role, Tom spent 25 years as a dedicated Hearing Aid Specialist, providing expert care and guidance to patients seeking improved hearing health. His extensive career spans more than three decades, during which he has witnessed and embraced remarkable advancements in hearing technology.

Pat Marotta is a highly experienced Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist with over 35 years in the hearing healthcare industry. Based at our Torrington, Connecticut location, Pat is deeply committed to improving the lives of individuals with hearing loss.
Recognizing that hearing loss is one of the top three physical challenges facing seniors today, Pat is passionate about helping people achieve the highest possible quality of life. He believes that better hearing is essential not only for happiness but also for maintaining cognitive health and overall well-being.
In his downtime, Pat enjoys exploring American history and following his favorite sports teams, passions that reflect his appreciation for both the past and the joy of living in the moment.
