Lisa Andrighetti, MS, CCC-A

Audiologist

With over 37 years of experience in audiology, Lisa Andrighetti brings exceptional clinical expertise and heartfelt care to every patient she serves. Originally from Winsted, CT, Lisa now spends her days helping patients at our Bristol office, where she is the newest and most welcome addition to the Hearing Care Centers family.

Lisa is extensively trained on all the latest hearing aid technologies across major brands and prides herself on delivering personalized, effective hearing solutions. But what truly fuels her passion is the moment she fits a first-time hearing aid user and sees their face light up — a moment when sound returns after years of silence.

Outside the office, Lisa enjoys reading, cheering on football in the fall, and cherishing time with her daughter whenever she’s not at work.

Lisa’s compassionate approach and decades of experience make her a trusted partner in your hearing health journey.

Pat Marotta

Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist

Pat Marotta is a highly experienced Licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist with over 35 years in the hearing healthcare industry. Based at our Torrington, Connecticut location, Pat is deeply committed to improving the lives of individuals with hearing loss.

Recognizing that hearing loss is one of the top three physical challenges facing seniors today, Pat is passionate about helping people achieve the highest possible quality of life. He believes that better hearing is essential not only for happiness but also for maintaining cognitive health and overall well-being.

In his downtime, Pat enjoys exploring American history and following his favorite sports teams, passions that reflect his appreciation for both the past and the joy of living in the moment.

Pat Marotta is proud to bring his expertise and compassion to the Torrington community, helping patients rediscover the sounds of life and fostering meaningful connections.

Neil DiStefano

Hearing Instrument Specialist

Neil DiStefano is a licensed Hearing Aid Specialist with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Based in the West Hartford, CT location, Neil’s passion for hearing care stems from the profound impact it has on people’s lives. He takes pride in knowing that his work not only transforms the lives of his patients but also strengthens their connections with loved ones.

Outside of his profession, Neil is an avid and skilled cook who enjoys creating delicious meals. When he’s not helping patients rediscover the sounds of life, you can find him in the kitchen perfecting his culinary skills. Neil’s dedication to his craft, both in hearing care and cooking, reflects his genuine love for making a difference.

Dorreen Beaulieu

Patient Care Coordinator

Dorreen Beaulieu With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, Dorreen Beaulieu brings compassion and expertise to her role as Patient Care Coordinator at our Torrington, Connecticut location. Her journey in hearing healthcare began with providing hearing care to patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities, where she discovered the profound rewards of helping others experience the gift of hearing.

Outside the office, Dorreen is dedicated to giving back to the community. She actively supports various charities and is passionate about animal rescue. In her free time, you can find her playing music, swimming, or enjoying time with her rescued animals.

Dorreen’s commitment to making a difference, both professionally and personally, ensures that every patient at our Torrington location feels cared for and supported on their hearing journey.

Tom Bartolucci

Patient Care Coordinator

Tom Bartolucci serves as the Patient Care Coordinator at our West Hartford location, bringing over 9 years of experience in the hearing health care industry. Prior to this role, Tom spent 25 years as a dedicated Hearing Aid Specialist, providing expert care and guidance to patients seeking improved hearing health. His extensive career spans more than three decades, during which he has witnessed and embraced remarkable advancements in hearing technology.

Tom takes pride in helping individuals with hearing impairments rediscover a sense of normalcy and reconnect with the world around them. His role is central to ensuring our patients receive exceptional care and support throughout their hearing journey. Whether coordinating appointments, addressing patient needs, or sharing insights about the latest hearing solutions, Tom is committed to fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for everyone who walks through our doors.

When he’s not in the office, Tom enjoys hitting the golf course, embracing the challenge and camaraderie of the game.

Max Brodmann

Patient Care Coordinator & Hearing Specialist in Training

Max Brodmann is dedicated to helping patients overcome the challenges of hearing loss so they can reconnect with the world around them. As a Patient Care Coordinator and Hearing Specialist in training, Max combines compassion with a growing expertise in hearing healthcare.

Currently training alongside our audiology team, Max is working toward becoming a board-certified, licensed Hearing Aid Specialist in the state of Connecticut. His passion lies in supporting patients on their journey to better hearing, ensuring they feel cared for and confident every step of the way.

When he’s not in the office, Max enjoys playing golf and coaching, bringing the same energy and commitment to the course and field as he does to his patients.
